You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it. Affix the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
